Collaborations
'Internal Transit' by Kurb Junki and Leah Hewson
'Internal Transit' is a site specific video installation which was created by Kurb Junki and Leah Hewson for Culture night.
The arrangement of projection mapped screens display Hi8 footage which follows pedestrians during rush hour in Dublin before the Pandemic. Intertwined in this is a series of moving paintings and animations created from layers that represent the passing unconscious thoughts we have during mindless commutes.

EOxLH jewellery and art collaboration
The starting point for the collaboration was for Leah Hewson to create an original artwork, inspired by the Edge Only rock’n’roll aesthetic and incorporating her own rhythmic patterns and acidic colours.
Both Hewson and Edge Only worked together to create limited edition packaging and luxury neon tissue for the Capsule Hexagon Collection from Edge Only.
Hewson then created two editions of hand screen prints 'On the Edge' and 'Over the Edge', which came from a section which was isolated from the original pattern, Hewson then continued using the hexagon pattern to create three other limited edition screen prints which were for sale but have since sold out. |

The creative process of the collaboration
Columbia Mills album cover
Hewson was approcahed by Columbia Mills to create a concept for their debut album and a set of images to be used as icons for their singles released.
They also did a promotion video for a few of their songs on the album in which they used six large scale pieces created by Hewson as a backdrop, which you can see below.
